My name is Tunde Badru, and I am so excited to facilitate the Executive Coaching Program . I welcome you to an exciting experience and I look forward to one of the most fulfilling time of teaching, coaching, mentoring, counseling, learning and development.
The following steps get you started as you complete your pre-class profiling and assessment. Please follow carefully the easy steps listed below
Step 1: click on or type the url below -
Step 2: If you are GMP - level 1; Click GMP- 1 and if GMP - level 2 Click GMP 2
Step 3: proceed to Log in
Step 4: log in with the official email address as both username and password (lower cases all through)
Remember the email is both the user name and password and lower case.
FOR GMP 1 (Step 5 to 7): GMP 2 (Steps 9 to 12)
Step 5: Once logged in you are ready to complete the Career Profile. At the Career Profile page the "desired password" (Your Email in lower case as above) is to be entered for validation and then complete the Career Profile
Step 6: After completing the Career Profile then proceed to the Icon "Personality Profile" and follow the instruction (Take 10 Questions on your personality)
Step 7: Next Proceed to the Systems of Values Icon , follow the instruction and complete the 8 Questions)
Step 8: That's it! You are ready for the Classroom Training. The Final Quiz Icon will be available after the Training as well as the profile orientation review.
GMP 2 (Steps 9 to 11)
Step 9: Once logged. Click on "Edit Career Profile". At the Career Profile page the desired password is to be entered for validation and then complete the Career Profile
Step 10: Take the Pre-Training Assessment QUIZ- 50 Questions
Step 11: Click on Training Room to read the manual. That will provide some revision and guide for the Pre-Training Assessment QUIZ. .
Step 12: That's it! Then you are ready for the Classroom Training and the 1 on 1 Session after the Training.
The analysis available only to me and will form the basis of the one-on-One counseling and the classroom discussions and will be discussed with each participant at the one-on-one session.
Participants are to complete this in maximum of 14 days ; to allow time for review and analysis; Then we will be set for the classroom and 1 on 1 Session.
We will communicate the details on the Training and 1 on 1 Session to you in due course.
